Walking into Rainier Dental - Puyallup is like stepping into a spa! The staff is incredibly welcoming, from Ginny’s infectious smile at the front desk to the DA, Kasandra, who patiently walked me through each step of my cleaning. Dr. Han himself is a true professional. He takes the time to explain everything he’s doing, using visuals and answering my questions in a way that’s easy to understand. He even offered pain management options that made my procedure completely painless! The office is spotless and equipped with the latest technology. I am very appreciative of my connection with Genie the front desk and Aanastasiya Dovzhenko, DDS, the dentist. I can see they both love a lot their job and their customers. I had felt very welcomed and I had been helped in many ways. I am very appreciative and thankful for that. in the contrary, I had been surprised how rude was the dental assistant when she cleaned my teeth: plashing my face and clothes, hurting hard my gums with the dental floss 50% of the time, leaving on the floor a yellow circle tool (for the radiology) instead of picking up or at least moving it out in a safe place with the foot.
