Jen has been great. I started going to see her with a Groupon and had no problems scheduling. sSe will occasionally message me to see if I want to come in early if someone rescheduled. I have also received a gift certificate to go the and had no problems using it she even remembered the young man who purchased it for me. Her dogs are very friendly and not allowed downstairs where she does the massages She always puts clean sheets on the table and asks if I want the warmer on. She remembers the issues I have with my back and makes sure I'm comfortable
