I was moving out of my apartment and hired cleaners, they were able to fit me on short notice. I was quoted an amount and then was told they needed to add 1-2 hours to the service which ended up being over $100 extra. Unfortunately they didn't inform me when they left so my apartment was left unlocked and I had communicated with them that I wanted to know when they left so I could lock up because I still had items in my apartment.Cleaning was very basic, I still had cob webs and the walls weren't spot cleaned. I am moving and wanted to get a good deep cleaning done before I left. These folks did nothing short of an OUTSTANDING job! For example, I had an area rug with some very light colors in it and it was fairly dingy with some food stains that I could not ever get out. The rug looks brand spanking new! There was also some marks on the floors in the laundry room I could not get out...but now they're gone. I had them clean the window sills that were pretty bad...not cleaned in 5 years. Very impressed with MPL! Great communication right out of the gate! They are responsive & efficient—cover all the bases in explaining what they can do. We had a deep cleaning done & it was so refreshing coming home to such a sparkly clean house! Big weight off my shoulders! Going to continue to use them for bi-weekly services. Totally worth it!
