I have been a loyal customer for miracle nails for over 5 years now! The staff really take the time to get to know you, and do a very clean job! I’m picky about my nails when it comes to cleanliness and attention to detail, and I’ve never been disappointed here.

I’d been loyal to this place for a long time but I’m done. Went in 90 min before closing only to get this hideously unsanitary rush job. It was too late to turn back when she stated dipping my fingers into common pots. There’s a piece of fuzz shellacked to my nail and a scab where she nicked me with the drill, which she used to mow down my nail for a powder dip—none of which made sense. Really, really disappointed.

I don't really know how to rate this. Here's the thing. Lena does a great job. However, sometimes her attitude is a bit abrupt and can come across kind of rude and hurtful. She is not very friendly. She's kind of cold. It's strange. She can go from being super sweet to words that cut in a matter of seconds. I'm not really sure if it's just a difference in culture or tone or what. You know everybody always says that 'they are speaking in their language and talking about you'. I don't know if that's happening. It kind of seems like it.
