took my 11 month old for his first haircut today, read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. Lisa was amazing with my son and the experience for his first haircut package was amazing. he was so at ease and never once concerned or fearful. Lisa communicated so well with him and even when he moved around would just go with the flow and continue cutting without any concerns! highly recommend and will be returning for his next trim!

my son had long hair. we went there when he wanted to get it shorter. I mentioned MY SON, HE, HIM, HIS and showed a picture of a boy cut he wanted. she took him back, put a princess cover on him and started cutting his hair like a girls Bob. I went back and mentioned again he was a boy and I showed her what I wanted again. thankfully hair grows back. she butchered it
