Will is the service manager and Jim was the electrician who came out with his apprentice, Austin. I called about an electrical problem and they dispatched Jim the same day, working around my schedule. Jim is an amazing electrician—he diagnosed and fixed the issue in just 15 minutes!
I was impressed to see Jim teaching Austin along the way; Austin listened carefully and will surely become a fine electrician himself. Will and Jim are true assets to the company, and I’m confident Austin will be as well.
