After a long wait trying to schedule an appointment with Jessica I finally was scheduled to have my hair done. I have to say I was very excited. A few days later I receive a message from Jessica cancelling my appointment because it is considered “hair restoration” appointment instead of a foil and a cut. At the end of the message she “wished me well” instead of rescheduling. I find this unprofessional and poor customer service and would not recommend anyone.
