I uploaded pictures directly into my company's server, wiped my SD card, and eventually ended up deleting one of the pictures I needed. I called AMS needing help and every person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I was worried we wouldn't be able to recover the picture, but the team took their time to help me and covered all bases to find this photo. After a few days, they were able to help me recover the photo and I couldn't be more thankful!
