I love this Great clips. Been coming to the same place and getting the same haircut for almost 3 years now ? they save my style and know exactly what kind of a cut I want before I even come in. Much love and thanks

My 3 year old son got a haircut from here with Charlie. She was awesome and my son listened to her (as best as he could since he was still nervous) and after a few snips and reassurance, he did amazingly! Charlie was absolutely patient and then gave him a lollipop. Her customer service to help calm my son was absolutely astounding. Thank you Charlie for giving my son a wonderful 1st time experience with his haircut and a very memorable one at that, we’ll be coming back to get another haircut for him. ❤️Service: Haircut

The haircut was fine; just a trim, no complaints with the outcome of that.So let's talk about the customer experience with the location.First, as I approached the doorway I was met with litter and vomit. I realize the Puyallup location - like all Great Clips locations - is situated in a high traffic strip mall setting. The operator of a business - the first one to open its doors for the day - should exercise a little forethought into the curb appeal and cleanliness prior to turning on the open sign. Afterall, some oblivious customer could track the vomit into the shop. Then it really becomes your problem.
