HORRIBLE customer service experience! I signed my son up for a class at the puyallup location but then a week later I got a confirmation for a completely different class and date and location and that's not what I signed up for so the woman on the phone told me that she would have to talk to the owner to see if I could get my son into a different class but then my son came down with Covid and I wanted to just put it on the back burner for a while so I asked for my $200 refund that I had put down to save my son spot in the class And notified them in person and via email that he wouldn't be able to attend and because he had never even stepped foot in a class I felt it was a valid reason for a refund but after contacting Brian he basically stopped responding to my emails when I was asking about a refund, and when I even mentioned poor business practices he still didn't even reach out to me. I am a single mom and make $19 an hour and so $200 was a big deal to me. It left me struggling for the next 2 to 3 months so I just wanted to say a big fat. Thank you for nothing Brian.! and for that you get a horrible review because you don't get to run a business when you treat people like crap and don't look at each individual scenario to see what you can do to help that person out. I already have three friends that have chosen to take their teenagers elsewhere because of my experience with this family of people who are unhelpful.

I would not recommend this driving school for the sole reason that student training drives are with one student and an instructor without any cameras for safety or accountability. In this day and age, I find this unacceptable and risky. I brought this concern to the owner and his response was condescending. This business practice sets up the students and the business for a dangerous legal situation with no accountability. I wish I had withdrawn my daughter and paid for a different driving school.

If I could I'd give this place negative stars. My daughter took her drive test there and the driving instructor, Vicki, was horrible! I can't believe that they'd even let someone like her work as a drive instructor. The first thing she did was tell my daughter that since she was a female she wasn't expecting her to pass the drive test. She then kept going on about how females cannot drive, which of course made my daughter super anxious and did not make her feel confident about her skills. Vicki then failed my daughter because she followed the rules of yielding at a light, but made up a lie to fail her. I'm not sure how this is even possible. I've called the drive school quite a few times and they refuse to do anything about this. My daughter who is a very confident person and a good driver, came home that day very sad and upset and could not even sleep for two days. I called the drive school and they will not do anything. I cannot believe that this drive school will let someone get away with this type of abuse to a student. Freedom drive school has no ethics!
