For someone that has been sugared for years and gone to multiple places, this has to be one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. Not only is it the cutest place ever, but all of the staff was amazing. The front desk girls were so sweet and inviting, for it being my first time. Bernie did my Brazilian and she was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable, and we laughed my entire appointment. Dollhouse will now 100% be my go to spot for sugaring & I will refer all of my friends here as well. 10/10 ladies, thank you so much for all that you do. 🫶🏼
While very pregnant, I went in to get my eyebrows done for my maternity photos. Amanda was so sweet and amazing, I couldn’t wait to see her again for a wax before I delivered. Well, my child came early and I completely forgot about the appointment. They texted me to confirm the appointment which I had to cancel, I explained I had my son and couldn’t make it. Not only did they understand, they went above and beyond. I got a personal note from Dollhouse congratulating us on the birth of my kid and sent a Starbucks gift card! They didn’t have to do that at all, it was so sweet. The customer service is clearly one of the best and now I can’t wait to get back to them!
Speaking on sugaring only as I don’t do my lashes anymore, but if I did I would see Bailey because she’s amazing at lashes as well. I made the switch from waxing to sugaring with Bailey about a year ago now, and I am so glad that I did! I’ll NEVER go back to waxing - EVER!! Bailey is such a professional when it comes to your sugaring needs. I highly recommend her to anyone who gets this service. She makes you feel like the center of attention while at your appointment and makes sure you’re happy with the results before you leave, which I love. She will not let you leave your appointment dissatisfied. The results will leave you looking forward to your next appointment with her!! She’s THAT good. 😉
