Bob's Prperty Solutions was great to work with! We needed some trees and shrubs removed and some trunks grinded down and Bob and his team did a great job! They did great work and finished in a very timely manner. Bob was great to communicate with and did a great job cleaning up afterwards, we are very grateful and will reach out again if need be! We live on a little dead-end street that is easily blocked when service vehicles come. Bob, instead, backed in and positioned his dump truck and trailer such that everyone could easily get in and out. Even a FedEx delivery truck was able to drive right in without a problem. That kind of attention to details gets my respect as well as my appreciation.
We are very happy with the work Bob did for us! He brought his boom lift into our backyard to top our trees, maneuvering it perfectly around our deck and pool area. He chipped it all and nicely cleaned the debris.
He also expertly used his back hoe and tractor (with multiple attachments) to do a variety of projects including land clearing, lasar leveling, and spreading sand and gravel.
He was efficient with his time, honest and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
