From start to finish, Bates did an excellent job. Up front estimate, and when discovered during tear-off updated work order changes easy to understand and competitive pricing. So from meeting Brad during the estimate to working with Sarah in the office and then Joe and his roofing team onsite, less than 36 hours later the roof was installed and looking great. The roofing team is the heart of Bates. Gutters came 1 week later on both the house and 4 car detached garage and were onsite and completed in 3 hours. CR Gutters working with Bates.
