So happy with these guys. They made a very difficult situation so much easier. Stayed in communication, showed up on time, help move all my furniture out of the way and we’re extremely polite and helpful the whole time. Would totally recommend them.
I must say 24ResTech is so much more than I ever expected with a water restoration company. There will be several phases until my home is restored closely back to it's original state. Phase 1 was so organized and coordinated I couldn't believe my eyes on how smoothly the packing,wrapping and move out went. Finishing with phase 2 with Amellia and her hard working crew. I can't say one bad thing even if I had a gun pointed at my head lol!! I will say so far the professionalism and warm family comfort from 24ResTech is impeccable period !
I personally had a great experience with 24ResTech. Pipes busted, resulting in about 18 units in our condo community being completely ruined within 30 minutes. Completely displacing families due to the extent of the damage. I dont know how many of the other units that this company worked on however they serviced mine. They came out quickly, spent days drying out the water, moving appliances out and packing up my belongings. The packers did an amazing job making sure that my items were packed neatly, my christmas tree wrapped and stored in the christmas tree bag, my clothes in wardrobe boxes, the mattresses covered and protected. Within a matter of minutes I was homeless and stressed none the less. 24Restech made the process easier and provided relief by storing the contents of my condo in their storage facility. I was provided with an inventory list of my items that included photos. Once I was secured in a new place I coordinated with the office Manager Cynthia to retrieve my belongings. She was kind, professional and patient. My items were delivered to me the day after my request. Everything was in tact. The techs that made the delivery were efficient, fast and professional. Should I ever find myself in a similar situation I would without a doubt use this company again as well as refer them. 10/10, I would recommend.
