I have nothing but good things to say about ****. I'm a single mom & head of my household, and can't count the number of times service repair people have tried to pull the wool over my eyes, over charge, "fix" things that don't actually need fixed, etc. **** has been to my place several occasions, for various plumbing fixes, each time he's been honest, and always took the extra time to educate me, as to the importance of the pro-active approach to maintenance, rather than getting to the emergency point. Long review but worth the read We had recently purchased new appliances for our home because our dishwasher appeared on its last legs. Well after purchasing the appliances we learned that the contractor that the appliance company referred us to for install had over a 4 week wait! I stumbled across 1st Rate after a somewhat disappointing search for a good contractor that was available to do the work. I was able to reach Rick on a Friday afternoon before a holiday and he told me that although he had other projects on his plate he would make time to install our appliances which I thought was too good to be true!
