He is easy to work with, listens to your thoughts an ideas, add his own and thus a beautiful job, I would recommend this company to anyone, also the price is right.*****************************

I have nothing but good things to say about ****. I'm a single mom & head of my household, and can't count the number of times service repair people have tried to pull the wool over my eyes, over charge, "fix" things that don't actually need fixed, etc. **** has been to my place several occasions, for various plumbing fixes, each time he's been honest, and always took the extra time to educate me, as to the importance of the pro-active approach to maintenance, rather than getting to the emergency point. He has gone above and beyond to provide quick service, always returns phone calls, and arrives when he says he will arrive. Last time he was here for a local drain clog, he noticed my doors were off alignment, and improper hardware was used, so he went out to his truck, got the correct hardware, and fixed my doors for me at no extra cost. He does good quality work, and it's obvious that he enjoys doing what he does. I have close friends who are plumbers, but I'll call **** over them any day.

Long review but worth the read We had recently purchased new appliances for our home because our dishwasher appeared on its last legs. Well after purchasing the appliances we learned that the contractor that the appliance company referred us to for install had over a 4 week wait! I stumbled across 1st Rate after a somewhat disappointing search for a good contractor that was available to do the work. I was able to reach Rick on a Friday afternoon before a holiday and he told me that although he had other projects on his plate he would make time to install our appliances which I thought was too good to be true! Rick came out to our house before the appliances were delivered to take a look at the kitchen setup. He even offered go install a new kitchen faucet for us for no additional charge! As soon as the appliances were delivered I let Rick know and he came out and installed our new dishwasher, over the range microwave, and re-plumbed the pipes under the sink. The next day Rick called to check-in on how everything was going and after a small leak was discovered he came right out the next morning. My wife and I are very pleased with the work Rick did for us and will keep him in mind on future projects! If yo are looking for a kind, funny, hardworking and honest contractor, I would definitely recommend Rick and his company.
