Dr. Chiang is courteous, professional and highly efficient. The patient is informed and the office uses technology that improves the experience as well as updates and communication. I highly recommend this dental practice.
I didn't have a dentist around here so was really worried when I had a crown fall out, Dr. Chiang and the staff were so helpful and got me in right away. Overall the process went really smooth as they carefully and skillfully guided me through the procedure. Would highly recommend!
Fast and efficient. Dr. Chiang is a consummate professional. Our family have found our dentist. We were able to schedule both my wife and I before work on a Friday! No other dentist in Pullman was able to afford us this courtesy. Also, his office is calming and beautiful with a view of the Palouse while you recline in the examination chair. Highly recommended.
