We hired Integrity Floors to replace part of our hardwood flooring after experiencing a water leak from our refrigerator. It was a small job but difficult because the hardwood had to be laced into the existing floor. Hugo was our installer and he did a fantastic job. He was so knowledgeable and meticulous and finished the job very quickly. He also replaced our baseboards and cleaned up everything. He really is an artisan in his craft.
The owner Richard was very easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again should the need arise.
Had our hardwood floors refinished. Richard and the team was easy to work with, explained the process clearly to lower the stress, and Hugo was very professional. We are happy with the final results and will likely do more work with them in the future.
We had a very good experience with Richard/Jennifer. They are a happy group. Richard estimated the amount of carpet needed and the subsequent waste was minimal. Curtis did an excellent installation and was a pleasure to interact with. I would recommend NW Integrity Floors.
