Overall my experience with Eagle Pipe was good.
There was one thing that was unfortunate.
Either the technician from Eagle Pipe or the electrician. Walked on newly installed carpet with dirty shoes and left the area in the back office soiled by the electrical box.
I encourage shoe covering are worn when working in the home.
The techs were fantastic, they cleaned my system and educated me on maintenance. Great work. I was on a professional call and heard them loudly working out a difference of opinion inappropriately, I would simply discourage that within earshot of a customer. Otherwise, they were great!
Eagle pipe went above and beyond to make sure my heating system was repaired correctly. Another company had worked on my heating system and changed me for an expensive part that I later found out was still under warranty. When that didn't fix the issue, they basically told me to flip the breakers to reset the system every time it quit and that they wouldn't send anyone out again. I called eagle pipe and they fixed the issue, and all of the work and parts were under warranty! Their technician had to come out several times to fix everything because it wasn't just a single problem but actually a series of compounding errors from some questionable installation from another...read full review
