We absolutely love Big Valley Pet Resort! As a first time dog parent, they have been so kind and phenomenally patient with me. We started bringing our yorkie, Monty Don, here when he was still a puppy, first for grooming, and then for daycare.
Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and make sure we know how much they care about Monty. From greeting him by name, to giving me the latest scoop on the new friends he made that day, they really are all wonderful!

My two dogs, Phineas (85 lbs, endless energy) and Foxy (15 lbs, boss of all and endless cuddles needs) received the the most care I could possibly hope for while I am away. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed about their needs, making sure they get to play all day, as well bathe and groom them before handing them back over to us. They are kind and a good resource about animal behavior, and there is a Veterinarian office right next door should there ever be a need. Phineas is always so excited when we reach BVPR, that he howls with delight as he drags me barreling through the door and to the counter. Big Valley Pet Resort is an amazing place to care for your pet(s) when needed, the staff are friendly and dedicated and I could not imagine trusting my pets to any place else. Over the the years they cared for our wonderful parrot, cats and dogs as if they were their own.
