End of life planning is challenging. I’m thankful for Dr Rampage’s compassion and support for our process. I also really appreciate the handout she provided. The QOL survey tool is helping my husband and I evaluate our pet’s quality of life in a way that lets us focus on her needs rather than our own attachments. This will help us know when the bad days are outweighing the good ones.
Both the Dr. and staff showed compassion for the issues with my new kitten and were very gentle with her. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and provided an easy-to-understand roadmap for her recovery. With their help I think my kitten is going to be okay, and that means everything to me.
Dr Ramage was calm, kind, funny, knowledgeable. She made the visit seem important and not rushed. I appreciated her demonstrating stretching and warm up exercises for our active senior dogs.
