The IRS did not have records of the withholding payments that were sent in from our brokerage firm. Aldryth O'Hara made two phone calls to the IRS and cleared the confusion. The IRS sent a letter saying that all had been resolved.It's nice to have a tax preparer who is experienced, knows whom to call and can quickly iron out a tax uncertainty.

I had years of back taxes I needed processed - in my dirt bag years I kind of neglected the whole tax thing - and they said no problem. I received money from every year, even after the fees. They were cheery, prompt and everything came in little organized folders. I loved it!
