Kyle is the best! He cleaned up my Mac Air, fixed some security issues, and then helped me (patiently and with a kind heart and big smile!) reset some passwords and we discussed how to ramp up security.

Saved by Kyle! I encountered a virus/malware - something - that disabled my laptop. Called Dailey and Kyle was about to leave the shop but said he would wait for me. Started backing up my computer and all fixed in a couple of days - scary! I learned a lot from that experience - back up on hard drive often and watch your clicking! Thanks Kyle!
