Lily at Cascadia Home Design worked seamlessly with our WA State Licensed Structural Engineer and our Contractor to turn our new Port Townsend home vision into reality! Lily created the Site Plan as well as the overall Design Drawing package inclusive of Energy Code compliance, and handled all submittals for the Building Permit. She also developed alternative layouts for the House and ADU interiors to turn them into more functional / open concepts. Lily continues her responsive support via revised drawings and permit submittals resulting from our multiple requests for design changes as our construction progresses.
