Didn't clean very obvious cleanable messes on my shirts. I was able to wipe them off with a sponge. Did you even clean them??????

I wish I could rate this a zero I honestly cannot believe the disappointment I have with this dry cleaners I sent my blanket in. I got it back completely fried. He lied to me and told me that the pillowcases were air dried. It was not my blanket was put in the dryer. My $300 comforter set is completely ruined. I asked him what the price would be originally he said $30 then the next day the girl said 38 when I went to go drop off my blanket and then he charged me 45 and continue to lie to me and tell me my stuff was not put in the dryer. I highly highly suggest not going here and supporting this company. I’m not a person to write something like this nor do I agree with these types of Google reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. I’m so upset and beyond livid my blanket and my comforter are ruined and I sent it to them so this would not happen. I could’ve done it for myself for $10 and not had it fried and completely ruined. ! On top of all this, this was my first time washing the blanket. I just bought this comforter set. This was the first time it wasn’t the second the third the fourth so no, there’s no reason it should’ve happened. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is and how frustrated I am! I hope others don’t have this experience and I would strongly advise not to go there

Problematic owner, will not return:

I had used this cleaner multiple times in the past and always had good experiences. Unfortunately, during a recent visit, they steam-pressed a silk tie and permanently damaged the fabric, leaving visible shiny white marks. The cleaner acknowledged the damage at pickup.

The tie cost $100, was lightly worn, and was less than two years old. After discussing the issue, the owner agreed to reimburse a replacement, which I appreciated. However, when I returned with the replacement tie and receipt (for the agreed-upon amount), the interaction became unexpectedly hostile and unprofessional. While the reimbursement was ultimately honored, the tone and behavior were disappointing.

Mistakes happen, and I would not have left a negative review had the situation been handled professionally. I would advise others to be very explicit and cautious when trusting this business with delicate items, as my experience after damage occurred was not handled well.

The Old white blonde lady is rude!! Went in there about a year ago had the same experience with her bad attitude but chose to stay with the services and the owner did a great job with my couch covers. I went in there today to drop them off mentioned what I paid last time the owner did them and what I wanted done again…she rudely kept interrupting me multiple times wouldn’t hear me out and what I was asking for. I asked her if she would just listen to me. She got very offended and upset I called her out and I told her last time I had the same experience with her attitude. She told me to leave and come back when the owner was back. It’s okay for her to be rude but when I stick up for myself she doesn’t approve. I’ve lived In port orchard my entire life and I’m all about small businesses in my community I work hard for my money and don’t appreciate her bad attitude.

Super fast an efficient services. I was able to get in and have my suit pants hemmed and ready within 2 days. An absolute gamechanger.

Great dry clean and very affordable, have not tried alterations but will soon!
