They create beautiful video tributes using provided photos and set up flowers and mementos before arrival. The team, including Lynn, Carissa, and Jake, is noted for their kindness and professionalism. They ensure that families feel informed and empowered throughout the process, treating loved ones with dignity and respect from start to finish.
My husband passed away a few weeks ago and Rill Chapel was amazing. They were so patient and supportive every step of the way. We worked with River and he was kind and allowed us to make last minute changes. It was the most difficult time in my life but everyone at Rill Chapel helped me through it and I will be eternally grateful.
Every staff member we came in contact with was absolutely outstanding to work with during this difficult time.

I am so grateful to Lynn, Carissa, River, and most especially Laci. They all exceeded our expectations every step of the way, and I know that my father’s remains were treated with dignity and respect from start to finish. Laci graciously prepared a viewing that helped my family see him one last time as we remembered him and I will be eternally grateful for that experience.
