Had a great time here for our dog. The doctor and the tech were both very sweet and kind to our unpredictable boy. Only recommendation is to cool the rooms down if possible, our dog while in a muzzle kept panting as it was too hot.
Staff were kind and helpful! They have a great start to their facility, though I would recommend a mirror or something in the waiting area so that patients waiting on the bench aren’t missed. I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes, 15 of which being after my appointment time. A walk in was taken before me solely because they didn’t notice me in the corner. However, they were great once they saw me and, in a similar urgent situation, I would happily come back! Thanks for opening a pet urgent care in Port Orchard!
