Twice I've visited Life Keys Energy, driving from Tacoma. Set in an intimate space, I felt immediately at home and the time I can hold poses has increased even in that short of an exposure to yoga here. I think it's also because this isn't a place that caters to thin people with pony tails, is non-judgemental and really easy to relax in. Beckie is AMAZING I started yoga a little over a year ago. I am a bigger girl and wasn't sure I could do it for my size. Beckie's class teaches to all body styles and abilities. I have gained strength, flexibility, confidence and a life long friend. I love the classes at her studio.
Life Keys Energy has become an amazing and much needed part of my self care routine! Beckie and her staff are gifted at making you feel supported in your yoga practice. They are both intentional in their instruction and passionate about being inclusive to all.
