After a bad experience trying yoga I avoid it. but after reading reviews and multiple recommendations I decided to give it a try one more time and I have to say so glad I did. Thank you beckie look forward to coming again
Twice I've visited Life Keys Energy, driving from Tacoma. Set in an intimate space, I felt immediately at home and the time I can hold poses has increased even in that short of an exposure to yoga here. I think it's also because this isn't a place that caters to thin people with pony tails, is non-judgemental and really easy to relax in.
