Right when you walk into the office it is very nice, spacious, and clean and you are greeted with a smile from the lovely secretaries. Stephanie was the tech that worked with me and she was very nice and knowledgeable she was able to do my refractions right in my wheelchair which made me feel very comfortable. Then I got to meet Dr Hardaway to finish up my exam. He was very kind and both explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I did not get the chance to go to the Optical Dispensary but I'm sure that is a great experience as well. Thank you Kitsap eye physicians

Kind and caring staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was sterilized more than at the hospital so I felt reassured I was safe during covid. Only wish my prescription included PD so I could order my glasses online and avoid going to a public place again.I will definitely go back and recommend them to others.

I've been seeing Dr Gagnon at Kitsap Eye Physicians for many years. He and the staff have always been professional, friendly and accurate in prescriptions for my glasses and contact lenses and other eye problems. I especially appreciate the new "camera" that has recently been added to the Office, which allows an in depth examination of my eyes without having to dilate them! Hooray for advanced technology and the professionals who use it!
