James and Justin did a great job for us! This project was 2 years in the making, and James was patient with us as life situations kept evolving. James was great about communication, ready to answer my questions throughout the process and troubleshoot with me throughout, so we would be satisfied with the final results! As an added bonus, they both treated my dogs like the family members that they are, even consoling one of them when the work became stressful for her. I look forward to working with James and his team again in the future!
