Colleen helped us sell our large North Seattle view house and did a terrific job. She was very professional and a very good communicator. Her knowledge of the market is unparalleled. She gave us great guidance on pricing and kept us informed of the feed back from buyers at open houses. She also arranged to take care of a number of issues for us during the sale ranging from finding movers and small repairs to helping to find and qualify a contractor to do some larger work. We were out of the city for a good portion of the sales process but Colleen made the selling process as easy and straight forward as it could be. We highly recommend Colleen.
