While some clients wish for additional services like fecal sample collection, the overall feedback emphasizes Clover Valley Veterinary Services' dedication to providing excellent animal care.
Staff clearly demonstrate love for animals and are friendly with new clients. Expensive, but all vet care is these days! Very clean exam rooms and the wait in your car and text arrival before a staff member opens the door is a great way to help prevent interactions with reactive animals.
One of my chickens, Miss Marty, had a broken wing and my husband and I were having trouble wrapping her wing at home. I submitted an inquiry on their website Sunday evening and was emailed back promptly Monday morning! I set up an appointment over the phone for Tuesday afternoon, when their vet who works on chickens would be in next. They were so kind and understanding on the phone, that while we love our hens to bits we couldn't justify spending a fortune. They discussed pricing with me over the phone for an exam and it was more than fair. Someone helped me carry Marty inside as she was in a dog crate for her safety in the car, and I was met quickly with a vet tech who went over any details. She was so kind and familiar with chickens herself which was great to see. The vet came in shortly after, identified the break and gave me some options to proceed. We decided to just wrap her wing and they offered pain/inflammation meds which we decided to take too. The whole process was smooth and prices were consistent with what I was told over the phone. I am so happy know we have a place to take our hens should we ever need them seen again. Thank you so much!!!

I called our normal vet who said another vet was on call and that they would call me back in 20 minutes. I still, 24 hours later, have not got a call from our normal vet or the on call vet. My friends referred me to Clover Valley. I worried because in the message it stated that their emergency was only for current clients. When the lady on the phone Answered, I stated that I was not a current client but, none of the vets had called...read full review
