Tootsies Nail Spa is a magical place. The women who work there are amazing, funny & so very welcoming. I got a pedicure from Joy. She was gentle & asked for my feedback as she worked on making my toes beautiful. I am so glad I found this place.

I had a wonderful first time experience at Tootsies Nail Spa. The ladies there were very kind and pleasant to talk to. There were many colors to choose from as well as sparkly ones! I was offered a beverage and got to sit in a massage chair with different settings and modes. It was definitely what I needed to relax! Will be returning very soon! Highly recommend!

I recently discovered the most delightful nail spa. Not just for women! Guys, you can sit in a super comfy massage chair with a remote while soaking your feet in a foot spa and enjoy the most relaxing foot massage, pedicure and sugar scrub you have ever (probably never) had. Your feet will feel fabulous! Might be a nice couples thing, as the chairs are side by side.Tootsies Nail Spa is just down Oak Bay Road at the entrance to Mats Mats Bay. Tootsies is staffed by LuAnn, the owner, who reminds me of Betty White in Golden Girls, her daughter Ellie, and Joy, who must be an artist in her spare time, as you can see by the fabulous nail art she did, shown on this page, and from my own assessment being the beneficiary of her magnificent foot massage. She and Lu Ann look like they could be sisters. They are a merry bunch and the decor inside and the garden outside is unlike any other spa you have been to. Just an absolute delight.It is far more fun to go with a friend (or your significant other), at least for a pedicure..

Custom shellac nail art served up with warm friendly smiles, great conversation and nice inviting surroundings. Not often you find a business that feels as if you are going to visit a friends house but this is the atmosphere that Tootsies has created for their clients. Kudos to Joy which has created some awesome and totally custom nail art and she is always a "joy" to spend time with. Thank you Joy and Lou Ann for always making my nail day special!
