Overall just not satisfied with them. I ordered contacts and was told that it would be a week. It's been two weeks and was just told it will be longer. Please do not tell patients that their items will be in the office for pickup in a week if it is going to take longer than that. This is the second time this has happened with this office/Forks office.
Dr. Nivala, Gail and Alicia are professional and kind everytime I’ve called or gone into the office. Dr. Nivala is through in explaining what he is doing and why and takes time to explain what is happening with your eyes. I’m grateful I found their office and recommend their care and services.
The receptionist and the doctor are both very friendly and helpful. I went in to try out contacts and everything went so smooth and they made sure I was comfortable and well informed!
