A window on my travel trailer broke while I was traveling, and I emailed to see if it was something they could fix while I was in the area. Vera quickly responded and said I could come by one morning and they’d get me fixed up. Justin and Tony were great and were able to replace the window in less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and super professional! Thanks y’all!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Called to setup an appointment for a window replacement and given a time. Owner called 30 min prior stating they were going to do a quick stop first. 2 hours later called to say on their way. Measured and told me they would have a quote in 5 business days. Called after 10 business days and was told they would call me in 2 days with a quote due to being busy. No call 2 days later, when called back I talked to I believe the owners wife who was very rude and said “ we will call you when we want”. It’s been 2 months with no call or email. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Went with hartnagel who gave me a quote in 2 days with an install in 2 weeks. Strongly advise to avoid this company due to management/ owners.

As long g as you ain't in hurry they might be fine But I waited over a month for a bid and they didn't even have time to call me back,even after I said screw the bid just do the job, Crickets nuttin, So as far as I m concerned they suck.Too busy for the little guys I guess

Went into the store 10 years ago when i bought my home. I asked for estimates on a full window and door package for my two story home. Waited three weeks for a call back. Gave up. Went to Matthew's glass got it done. Now Matthew's is closed. Fast forward three weeks ago i called in a order to these ladies again for a couple of boat windows nothing fancy.just laminated glass. Again no return call for bid. I just called them back. Long story short, I can't recommend them.

Worst customer service in town. Disrespectful and unreliable. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here!

Had mirror installed. Couple guys put it up & hinted at how "[receiving] tips helped them buy them lunch." Alright.. went out and got a couple twenties to tip them when they finished. Guys pack up and leave and we inspect the area.. they've kicked a hole in the drywall and haven't said a thing.We tell the owner who then comes out and inspected the hole kicked into the wall. He doesn't offer any discount for services (we paid in full), rather, says he will setup a time to properly repair the area his men kicked in.It's been several months - no one is coming. Poor communication & services. Also, tons of scratches from the mirror getting put up all over the wall as well - we just planned to "let that go." Probably best to tell others about it, now.
