“My mom had neck surgery and had a lot of pain and no neck mobility. Everyone at Oasis was very kind and knowledgeable. My mom regained her neck mobility and strength and pain also decreased substantially! The open communication made it feel like a partnership. We appreciate everything Oasis did for my mom and our family!“

“The clinic is wonderful except for Maria Mayorquin, ARNP. I had surgery with Dr. Bales twice and both times were great. Unfortunately I had my post-op visits with Maria Mayorquin and both times were not good. The first time the MA took out my sutures and the incision was still open, Maria came in and glanced at my thumb and said it looks good and was ready to leave the room. I told her it was still open and she no it's fine. I went home and laid down to take a nap and woke up to blood all over from my incision site, I bandaged it up my self. I ended up needing a second surgery with Dr. Bales on the same thumb 6 months later. I used Hibiclens that the office asked me to use. I ended up being allergic and broke out in a rash. I used benadryl and antihistamine until my post-op with Maria. I wasn't happy about having to see her again with my first experience but I thought maybe she just had a bad day last time and give her a second chance. When I showed her the rash and told her I had a reaction to the Hibiclens and it wasn't going away, she told me to go see my PCP. I ended up going to Urgent care and they gave me a prescription that cleared it up in 2 days. If I have to got back I will NEVER see Maria Mayorquin again. Everyone else there from the front desk, MA's and Dr. Bales are great.“
