I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Matt a Micheal G. with Roto-Rooter! My sewer line was completely backed up, and with a 25' snake we tried and tried to no avail to clear it. I was able to speak with Roto-Rooter the very next morning and they jumped into action setting up a time that worked best for my work sechedule. The technician's arrived on time, were professional, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. They discovered that the blockage was due to a mass amount of roots about 75ish feet down the line, even showing me the problem areas via camera. Micheal G. and Matt used mutiple sources of equipment to fully clear my sewer line. The entire process was smooth, and my plumbing has been running perfectly ever since. We had no water at my business. It turns out the lid had been left off of our backflow unit when it was last inspected, leading to frozen pipes! Roto-rooter came out within an hour of our phone call, immediately found the problem, heated the frozen pipes, re-insulated the unit and sealed it. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and available. I would highly recommend!
They were on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and they got the job done. They gave me tips on how to maintain my drains going forward to avoid issues. Highly recommend!
