we appreciate how quickly the unit was installed. the men knew there job and performed a clean installation. The unit performs well and we look forward to understanding what we want it to do. A big 2 hands high.
A-1’s service rep. arrived about one hour after I called in my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and checked out the whole heat pump system. He had a replacement for the faulty part and replaced it..
This review is long overdue. A-One installed a new HVAC system in our house (built in 1977) in Sept. 2023. We got 3 bids, and although theirs was not the cheapest, theirs indicated that they knew exactly what we wanted and knew exactly how to solve some of the problems that we had been having since buying the house in 1995. We had a major problem with temperature regulation in our bedroom (on the opposite end of the house from our heat pump). In the winter and in the summer, the temperature difference as compared to the thermostat location was 10 degrees at times.
