I called Reliable Rooter on a Monday morning and Greg Sears came on Tuesday to solve a difficult drainage issue in my kitchen. He worked out in the cold and showed the highest level of customer service to get through frozen water to unplug the drain pipe. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and highly recommend Reliable Rooter.

When we had a plumbing drain issue, my contact with two people suggested Reliable Rooter. When I contacted them, I actually got a "real" person on the line and they were able to come within the hour to fix my non-draining kitchen/disposal drain. They were efficient, professional and made sure to not leave a mess even though our drains were a mess. Even with the pleasure of having them come so promptly, I was surprised and pleased that the bill for the work was lower than I imagined and had been led to believe by several people that had other plumbing companies do plumbing work. I have their magnet in a safe place to call them whenever we might need plumbing services.
