Very helpful and friendly office staff! And technicians as well! Very knowledgeable and hard working! They came within the hour on a weekend which I appreciated very much as I only have one bathroom (but also why the cost was much higher than I expected!).
I would absolutely use this company again and highly suggest them to others because of their exceptional service and professionalism. They were not only quick, dependable, and reasonably priced, but they also didn't try to upsell, milk the clock, or claim that there was issue elsewhere . Did service seems hard to come by nowadays definitely grateful that I went with this company.
I have been using Reliable Rooter to clear out my sewer line every year for the past 6 years. First off, they are the most affordable of the 3 plumbing companies that I've called in the past. But that in no way makes them a lesser quality service. Every visit they arrive on time with a courtesy call to notify me they are on the way, and are always incredibly respectful and professional. And even though I have particularly aggressive root intrusion on my sewer line, they always get the job done quickly, and I can count on them to make sure my sewer doesn't overflow into my yard like it had every year before I started calling a rooter to clear it out.
