This clinic has great providers. Dr. Brady has been a wonderful pediatrician for my children all of their lives, however, I don’t know if the providers are aware of the inappropriate attitudes and rudeness demonstrated by some of the surrounding staff. The pediatrics floor has medical assistants and student medical assistants that are not only unwelcoming but also lack appropriate communication with parents. Parents have to advocate for their children and themselves, especially if the clinic makes a mistake. So, it is important to refrain from patient blame and that accountability is taken from the staff. We are taught this in healthcare training no matter the role... read full review

My 3 kids see Dr. Richardson he is great! I have also heard wonderful things about Dr. Brady from my sisters. I see Dr. Gloria for my primary care and my parents Dr. Hornell. My experience with all the mentioned Drs has always been the best service! They listen, they are compassionate and they take care of business. The quality of care my family has received at this clinic is 5 star service!
