My daughter experiences special needs. She has not enjoyed haircuts in the past. Upon our arrival she wanted to leave the salon and get back in the car. Tears flowed. Michell showed so much grace and compassion, my daughter was soon smiling again and feeling at ease. Thanks Michell for helping us all feel at home. And thanks for the “Meg Ryan” haircut. My daughter loves it and has gotten so many compliments. No hair problems with Michell, only hair solutions.
