The newly built Palouse clinic is modern and clean. The staff are very helpful and well organized. Angie Smith is a wonderful primary provider. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend the clinic for Palouse residents.

Palouse Health is excellent! Jennifer Davis is a very caring and professional provider, she worked quickly to get us the referrals and imaging we needed for spine issues.

They are defensive if you ask any questions. I've been mis-diagnosed or not dx'd at all by 4 providers here. They cannot write a referral that will be accepted. They will not treat anyone on ADHD meds

Has repeatedly lied to us about care options, including turning us away and saying to go to the walk in clinic when we had covid, and the ready clinic then told us they don't see people with covid and confirmed that they frequently have problems with PFM "miscommunicating" with their patients. Another time they charged us for a covid test referral (a 5 min. zoom meeting was billed at $140) during the height of the pandemic, which was supposed to be illegal at the time.
When I went for a yearly physical as covered by my insurance the doctor seemed annoyed I was there and told me not to come back for a few years. My family has a history of obesity and diabetes, I try and keep tabs on this stuff, so with my age that is reckless advice.
There's more, but we also are constantly forced to go to them because they are the only ones who accept several insurance companies, especially the more affordable ones. They take advantage of this. They look to do as little as possible and charge as much as possible with little care for their patients and inconsistent bedside manner at best. They were one of the ones that made the covid conspiracy BS look plausible because they worked to profit off of it. I would never recommend them, but many have little to no choice in this area.
