Service at the clinic is great. But every time I call I get someone with a thick indian accent on the other end that hardly knows what I'm trying to ask and can't seem to answer any questions.
Seriously frustrating to not be able to talk to a person who's suppose to help the patients.
My visit to FHC in Tonasket was an encouraging experience. The staff was compassionately supportive and their follow-up was complete. The pharmacy filled my prescriptions in a timely manner, and I even received an email with instructions to access the doctor's notes within the FHC portal.
Their approach to patient care put me at ease , encouraging future engagement.

Had an appointment at 4pm checked in early, Waiting to be called to the back wasnt long at all, Being in the room waiting for Dr was A very long wait, 4 different people came and went in the time we were waiting the ultra sound. When we were finally seen didn't last that long. Also no courtesy coffee,Tea or hot coco for guest like confluence health does it was empty and lacked Christmas spirit so if you got time to kill without a beverage mar an appointment at this place
