The service is described as eco-friendly cleaning. However, there have been recent issues with shrinkage. Multiple customers report that good cashmere sweaters and an expensive blouse were shrunk during cleaning in early 2022, which was unusual compared to their past great job. In another case, an organic cotton/wool mattress cover was shrunk. The business acknowledged the problem and is working to replace the damaged item, though communication regarding the resolution has been delayed. This has left some customers disappointed and uncertain about returning, despite their long history of happy service. The owners are trying to make good on the situation.

Beyond that, their turnaround time was impressive. The service was fast, communication was easy, and everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely kind. It's clear they take pride in both the quality of their work and the customer experience. My dress looks brand new! They even helped with some of the loose buttons.

I can't recommend Twice Cleaners highly enough. From the very beginning, they were honest and transparent about the services I actually needed and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated.
The team was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They worked surprisingly quickly while still doing an excellent job, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.

EDIT: The folks who run this place are trying to make good and working with me on it. Crossing fingers it goes okay.I originally came to this cleaner because of their good reviews on Google, but I have come to seriously regret that choice.I brought in an organic cotton/wool mattress cover (not a protector) that specifically needed to be dry-cleaned on Saturday, July 22. When I came back on Friday, July 28, I was told that the item had shrunk during the process and that they would need to buy me a new one. I was also told they would call me the next day with more information. They also asked me what the mattress cover cost, and I told them I had no idea but it wasn't cheap....read full review
