I've used this company twice to repair a broken toilet and replace a different toilet. I called them back a few months later to make a minor adjustment (wasn't their fault) and that was handled with ease. They were one of the cheapest options when I solicited bids from other companies. I also appreciated the care taken by the plumber to keep his work area clean. I didn't feel any pressure to upgrade or pay for services I didn't want. In short, I'd recommend them without reservation.

They helped me understand the technology involved and gave me ideas for what to do in the future. Our technician, Geoffrey, was friendly, worked fast, and communicated everything very well.
