We hired SBBR for our kitchen remodel. What a pleasure to work with the owner & her team! Lacy listened to what we wanted, provided a detailed estimate, made initial contacts with her subs, & provided us all the info we needed to follow up with them. (All her subs have high regard for Lacy & her team, which speaks volumes.) She communicated frequently throughout the project, so we knew what was going on & what to expect. We used HRC for a major expansion of our Bed & Breakfast, from plan to completion it was over two years. The HRC operation at that time was passed from Bob down to his kids Dave and Sarah. It was a seamless transition! Yes it took longer than we hoped, but 95% of those issues were related to the city of Olympia. The work was done professionally and as cost effectively as possible. The foreman, Joey, was able to come up with solutions for finishes when our budget was nearly dried up. Reading some of these other unjustified reviews makes me sick. This is a family run company, who were always responsive. Their employees and subcontractors are all have a long history with the company. The crappy reviews are just mean spirited. We hired HRC to do a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen. They started when they said they would, finished when they said they would, came in under budget, did an absolutely fabulous job and the workers were all really great guys to be around (which is important when you work from home and they are there every day for two months!) We had such a great experience with them that we then hired them to replace all our carpet with hardwood floors and that also turned out great and came in a bit under budget. We couldn't be happier with the service, the quality of work and the top notch professionalism.
