Ours salesman Gab, did a fantastic job. We were able to get out of the truck and look at what we wanted without being bummed rushed by a quick speaking saleman. Gabe let us look over the truck before coming over and welcomed us to Rainier Dodge. There was no pressure, no sales tactics nor "So how much do you want to spend " methods were spoken. We knew what we wanted and Gabe didn't try and upsale anything. We were treated very well, and between Gabe and Trey we got the truck of our dreams. Thanks for a great experience.

The Rainier Dodge service department knows what they are doing, and they do it with professionalism and courtesy.I recently had some warranty work performed on the manual transmission of my Dodge Challenger, and had the oil changed.Rainier Dodge very graciously gave me a ride with their shuttle van to my home on the other side Olympia, and picked me up and brought me back when the car was finished. This was on the TWO occasions that they needed the car for the whole day.The Challenger’s transmission was fixed correctly and is now working as intended.I give Rainier Dodge four out of five stars. Hands down the best and quickest dealership i’ve been to. They definitely made sure i was taken care of. Lucas messaged me same day, let me know which cars were in stock and available. After arriving he was quick to show me the options on the lot. He worked through everything with clear communication. Definitely recommend Lucas if you’re wondering where to start!
