Had an appointment with Taylor Munchow. I was has having a small cyst removed. She explained everything to me. She was excellent through the whole process. All the staff were very pleasant. Thanks to all.
Kristen Willis is easy to understand, and not only set up the tests I needed but responded quickly to the results. Providence really does a great job of coordinating their app with all the facilities that are used for testing and treatment.
Streamlined check-in, efficient process all around. Professional and very competent and compassionate staff and medical team. Labs are onsite, so that’s easy and efficient, too. My only criticism is how long it takes to actually get in to see your primary (at least 3 months), which is bananas - so my honest rating is more like a 4.5.
