I needed to repair/replace a ceiling light in a 20 year old rental. I ordered replacement lights and even though the part number was the same the electrical connection had been changed. Went to Platt Electric and explained the situation to Michael. After much research he found the exact connectors which saved me a bunch of time and money as the alternative would have been a couple three days in the attic rewiring the overhead lights. But here's the kicker - I went to two other electrical supply places that were closer but they immediately wanted to sell me new lights.... Michael at Platt, however, found me what I needed! Great customer service! 5 stars for sure!

Open to the public-Everyone is nice here, varying levels of knowledge. At least they have the ability to move products around so you can order in from other locations. They sell wire off larger spools. There are plenty of tools available if you need something specific also.
