Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente Olympia Medical Center

I have been KP member for about 4 years now. The care is ok and not much different than other average care places. The staff has been really nice.and attentive every time I go to them. The Pharmacy is good and pleasant to deal with .....but.... Let's talk about their very controversial, arrogant and dismissive Customer support and the ridiculous amount of red tape they call KP protocols. First and foremost: they are very slow to nor at all in responding to one's "continued" care. I have had several occasions s when I had some procedure done that required a follow-up. warning: kaiser permanente olympia: you have inflicted a lot of pain to me. you cause me to relieve so much pain as a little boy every time you are near me. you are very rude. I clenched both my hand so tight my fingernails almost pierced the back of my palms. Very frustrated with the technical issues Kaiser had in December with payments. We had no notification about this until we tried to pay in January and were told we had to reapply and after reapplying wouldn't be covered until February. My husband talked with so many people trying to correct things and they gave no leniencies. I had an appointment scheduled this month and couldn't go to it because they emailed me the morning of my appointment saying we would have to pay full price out of pocket on the spot for a fertility procedure and now have to wait an additional month after months of trying to get onboard with these people.
